2. Startup Beta Testing Phase

Kalme is an emerging startup currently operating in an active Testing (Beta) Phase.

  • Temporary Hiccups: While we strive for perfection, you acknowledge that you may encounter temporary technical glitches, layout issues, or delivery system hiccups.

  • Feedback: We value your feedback. If you encounter a bug, please contact us at kalme.site@gmail.com. We are committed to being flexible and making things right.

  • No Warranty: Our platform is provided on an β€œas is” and β€œas available” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Products and Pricing

  • Physical Goods: Our books and accessories are sold in accordance with Georgian law.

  • Digital Products (E-books): Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access digital content. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Scope: Kalme currently processes and delivers orders strictly within Georgia.

  • Liability: While we aim for efficient delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers or transit events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer of products to the carrier.

All content on this site, including original artwork, branding, story gamification designs, and E-book content, is owned by Kalme or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing or distributing our material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Relationship with Shopify

Kalme is powered by Shopify. Any technical errors, platform downtime, or data processing issues inherent to the Shopify infrastructure are outside Kalme’s direct control. You agree that Kalme is not responsible for any service interruptions originating from the Shopify platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Kalme, our directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of our Services or products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
