2. Platform Status and Liability

Kalme is a startup currently operating in an active Testing (Beta) phase.

  • Shopify's Role: Our online store is powered by the Shopify platform. Payment processing, data storage, and technical infrastructure are managed by Shopify. Any technical glitches or service interruptions inherent to the Shopify platform architecture are beyond the direct control of Kalme. Kalme is not liable for indirect damages or service failures originating from Shopify’s infrastructure.

3. Data Processed and Purpose

We process the following data:

  • Identification: Name, surname, personal ID number.

  • Contact Details: Mobile number, email address, physical address.

  • Transactional/Communication: Purchase history and records of inquiries.

  • Purposes: Fulfilling orders, improving service quality, marketing communications (upon user consent), and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Note: We do not process sensitive biometric data or banking card details (these are handled directly by the payment provider/Shopify).

8. Product Return and Testing Phase Policy

  • Physical Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • E-Books (Digital Products): Due to the platform's current testing phase, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable. In the event of a verified technical access failure, we will evaluate your case individually at our sole discretion.
