Important: How to inspect your package with the courier

To ensure your protection, please follow these steps upon delivery:

1. 1. Inspect before signing: Before the courier leaves, check the outer packaging for any signs of damage (tears, wetness, or crushing).

   2. Open and Verify: If the packaging looks suspicious, ask the courier to wait while you open it to ensure the book/product inside is undamaged.

   3. Report immediately: If the item is defective or wrong, do not accept the package. Ask the courier to note the damage, or contact us immediately at kalme.site@gmail.com while the courier is still present.

   4. Note: Claims for damaged items made after the courier has left will be much harder to verify, so please inspect your order on the spot.
